We also automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate the live stream and API — such as IP address, device/browser type, and the pages or endpoints you request — for security, rate limiting, and diagnosing playback issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account (sign-in, session security).
• To deliver the live TV/radio stream, schedule, and news content.
• To respond to messages sent through our Contact form.
• To detect and prevent abuse (e.g. rate-limiting login attempts).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Third-Party Services

Our live video/audio stream is delivered through a third-party streaming provider (Castr). Advertiser payments on the "Advertise With Us" page are processed by Flutterwave; we do not receive or store your card details — Flutterwave handles that directly.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time — either in the app (Profile > Delete Account) or from any browser, without needing the app installed, at newfrontierstv.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent once confirmed. You can also email info@newfrontierstv.com if you have trouble with either method.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, hashed passwords, and rate-limited login attempts — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable safeguards.
